Joe McParland established Creative Marriage Celebrations a few years ago to offer couples seeking civil marriage in the south-western Ontario Region an experienced, registered marriage officiant. Joe is very involved in his community and has served on boards of many charitable and not-for-profit organizations. He also hosts a weekly municipal affairs program for TVCOGECO, the local cable community television station.

Mike is pleased to offer his services as a City of Windsor accredited wedding officiant. Mike regularly conducts wedding ceremonies for same sex and heterosexual couples that are sensitive to each couples needs.
In addition to Mikes role as a marriage officiant Mike also provides marriage preparation services using top rated instruments to help people gain insight into their situation. One example is the “Prepare Pre-Marriage Inventory” for couples preparing for marriage.
